How long will it take to receive my product?

At jordanledner.store, we cut off orders at 05:00 pm (EST) every day.

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time: shipping time 7 – 15 days.

Please note that we do not work on weekends and holidays, orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.

If we experience a high volume of orders or severe weather conditions in certain areas of the country, shipping may be delayed by a number of days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Transportation costs

Our standard shipping fee is $6.99 on all orders.

Shipping unit

Jordanledner.store orders are shipped by reputable carriers such as FedEx. We choose this shipping partner because of their reputation and experience in delivering fast and safe deliveries. You will receive an order tracking number immediately after your order is shipped, allowing you to track the shipping status of your product at any time.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment and get an estimated delivery date.

Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information after your order has shipped.

Your package is wrong/damaged

We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If the item you ordered is damaged, we apologize. Please email us at [email protected] within a week with a picture of the damaged item, your order number, and any other information you may have about the order your order to help us resolve this issue for you quickly. We will reply you as soon as possible with an answer!

Can I change my shipping address?

We know that you may need to change your shipping address. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. We will do our best to help you, but we cannot promise that adjustments can be made after the order has been placed.

The package cannot be sent

You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred when returning or picking up the package in the event the package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, Package rejection or other events beyond our control.
