30-DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased fashion item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and tags intact and unused. Please contact our customer service team for detailed instructions on the return and exchange process. RETURN PROCESS

Provide details of your order, including order number, product name and reason for return.
Confirming your return request:
Our customer service team will confirm your return request within 24-48 hours.
You will receive detailed instructions on how to pack and return the product.
Packing the product:
Make sure the product is unused, has all tags intact, and is securely packaged in its original packaging.
Attach your purchase receipt and any accessories (if any).
Returning the product:
Send the product via courier to the address provided in the return instructions.
Save your receipt and tracking number for future reference.
Inspecting and refunding:
Once we receive the product, we will inspect the condition of the product within 30 business days.
If the product meets the return conditions, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 30 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please check the following steps:

CANCELING AN ORDER
We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item and you can cancel your order for most items within 24 hours of placing your order.
If you decide to cancel your order, please email support@jordanledner.store to explain why.
RETURN RESTRICTIONS
We will not accept returns if we notice an unusual pattern or return activity that does not comply with our Return Policy, or if the returned item is different from the original return request, or the returned item does not match what you ordered, we may have to reject your parcel.
In some cases, we may be required to deactivate your account and any associated accounts to prevent repeat misconduct and ensure fairness between customers.
